November 8, 2025 – Remote Mobile House GmbH warmly welcomed Bulgarian client Radina Arnaudova and her project team for a one-day factory tour, focusing on our flagship Apple Cabin series and Space Cabin modular units. The delegation's itinerary included technical discussions, product demonstrations, and business negotiations, aiming to promote high-value modular hotel and retail solutions to the Bulgarian and Balkan markets.

The tour began with a safety briefing, followed by a visit to Remote's 14,000-square-meter production facility. Arnaudova team toured core processes including steel frame manufacturing, corrosion treatment, precision panel cutting, wiring harness assembly, and watertightness testing. Our engineering manager detailed how quality control and documentation are conducted according to ISO standards at each stage, ensuring full traceability from raw materials to final inspection. We paid particular attention to the quick-connect electrical systems and concealed drainage design – features that reduce on-site installation time and improve long-term operator reliability.
Within the Apple Cabin product line, the delegation examined both 20-foot and 40-foot configurations and compared standard layouts suitable for vacation rentals, coffee kiosks, office cabins, and small retail spaces. In the demo unit, the delegation evaluated the insulated wall components (available in rock wool and polyurethane), laminated tempered glass, low-slope roof with integrated drainage, and modular interior components—flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and electrical outlets are all preinstalled at the factory. The delegation appreciated the Apple Cabin's balance of aesthetic design, rapid deployment, and long-term maintainability—key requirements for boutique resorts and short-stay operators.

The second meeting focused on the Space Capsule concept—a futuristic cabin designed for luxury campgrounds, observation decks, roadside hotels, and experiential retail spaces. Arnaudova team tested panoramic window systems, privacy blinds, and smart home control systems included in the capsule's advanced configuration. Our R&D engineers explored the capsule's shell curvature and structural ribs, designs that enhance wind resistance while maximizing interior space. Regulatory compliance was also discussed: Remote shared documents related to CE-certified components, flame-retardant materials (EN 13501), and electrical safety standards commonly used by European authorities.

Throughout the visit, attendees explored customized solutions in depth. Several customized solutions were proposed to address Bulgaria's specific needs. Both parties discussed customizable branded facades, modular bathroom units, simple kitchen kits, and furniture combinations—components that can be replaced or upgraded over a multi-year lifespan, thus protecting investor asset value.
Logistics and after-sales support were also reviewed in detail. Remote detailed its flat-pack/detachable and fully assembled shipping solutions, factory pre-commissioning, and standard delivery cycles. For its initial deployment in Bulgaria, the company proposed a hybrid model: factory prefabrication, on-site installation and training by Remote technicians, followed by remote video guidance and spare parts support.

At the end of the visit, key follow-up steps were documented: finalizing the technical specifications and color scheme for the pilot project, confirming EU import compliance documents, and drafting a framework agreement covering distribution support, marketing resources, and local installer training. Arnaudova expressed her confidence in Remote's mature products, transparent quality control system, and flexible solutions. The highly customizable nature of the solutions perfectly aligns with the Bulgarian operators' need for unique, durable, and rapidly deployable solutions.
Remote Mobile House Co., Ltd. thanks Radina Arnaudova and her team for their professional involvement and constructive feedback. This collaboration underscores our commitment to providing cutting-edge, high-performance modular spaces that help our partners accelerate project timelines, optimize budgets, and enhance the guest experience. We look forward to launching the upcoming pilot project in Bulgaria and establishing a long-term partnership to bring the Apple Cabin and Space Capsule product lines to more European customers.
