The Apple Cabin is custom-designed for coastal areas, high salt fog, and typhoon-prone areas. It features a multi-layered protection system, including a thickened galvanized coating and salt-fog-resistant epoxy primer. The fasteners are upgraded to stainless steel, and the doors and windows are engineered for higher watertightness and wind resistance. The exterior design retains the rounded corners and curved surfaces of the Apple Cabin to reduce wind pressure concentration. Multi-level drip and leeward cavities are added to the roof and facade edges to significantly reduce negative pressure backflow and salt fog intrusion. Systematic controls have also been designed to control sea breeze noise, moisture, and mold growth.

Our 20ft/40ft Apple Cabins are mobile homes that combine industrial-grade reliability with lightweight architectural aesthetics. They feature a high-strength galvanized steel frame and insulated sandwich panels, complemented by a multi-layered anti-corrosion and sealing system, ensuring durability, weatherproofing, and low energy consumption for long-term use. Our container homes are prefabricated in the factory and quickly assembled on site: doors, windows, power distribution, plumbing, lighting, and basic furniture are all factory-assembled. On-site, only hoisting, positioning, water and electricity connections, and minimal finishing are required before they're ready for use. They are ideal for offices, hotels, rentals, and view rooms.
