Folding side platforms—created by converting one wing's exterior panels into a covered balcony—add eight coffee seats, inviting passersby to stop. The time from deposit to opening took 21 days: 7 days for customization, 6 days for logistics and site preparation, and 8 days for installation, renovation, and inspection. The total cost was 38% lower than the lowest physical store quote Diego received, and it offered the advantage of mobility—if customer traffic changes, the store can be relocated within a day.
